WOOLWORTHS EMERALD

The project involves developing a New Neighbourhood Shopping Centre and a Residential Subdivision. The shopping centre will feature a Woolworths Supermarket, approximately 12 specialty shops, and an on-grade carpark, along with necessary external and roadworks to support the centre's functionality and accessibility. In addition, the residential subdivision will include designing and delivering a 9-lot development according to the attached RAL and civil plans. This will involve separating the shopping centre onto its own lot and creating an 8-lot residential area on the adjacent land owned by Fabcot. The project will encompass all required design and civil construction works to prepare the site for registration with the titles office and ensure the individual lots are ready for sale.
