It will include basement car parking, a ground floor dedicated to retail and civic space, and a first floor designed for entertainment purposes, including cinemas and commercial offices. The second floor will provide build-to-rent residential apartments. This development aims to enhance the existing shopping centre while creating a vibrant, multifunctional space that supports both commercial and residential needs.
