YOUFOODZ DISTRIBUTION FACILITY

The BAC Warehouse Precinct project supports the development of a new industrial facility at Brisbane Airport, incorporating 8,150 m² of warehouse space and 740 m² of office accommodation across two levels. The scope of engineering works focused on efficient site functionality, including the design of 92 at-grade car parking bays, internal access roads, and associated hardstand areas. Key considerations included managing stormwater runoff, integrating with precinct infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with airport authority requirements.
