About the role

Key Responsibilities
Assist with structural analysis and design across a variety of building types
Help prepare and review engineering drawings, models, and documentation
Collaborate with internal design and drafting teams to deliver practical, buildable solutions
Support coordination with clients, architects, and consultants under the guidance of senior engineers to help deliver clear design outcomes
Attend design meetings and participate in occasional site inspections
About You
Recent graduate or graduating in 2025 with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or structural analysis software is a bonus
Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
Proactive attitude and confident communication skills
Genuine interest in construction and engineering
Ability to work both independently and within a team
