About the role

This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in a dynamic, collaborative environment where you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of real-world projects. You'll be supported by our one-on-one mentoring program and work alongside experienced engineers who are invested in your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with structural analysis and design across a variety of building types

  • Help prepare and review engineering drawings, models, and documentation

  • Collaborate with internal design and drafting teams to deliver practical, buildable solutions

  • Support coordination with clients, architects, and consultants under the guidance of senior engineers to help deliver clear design outcomes

  • Attend design meetings and participate in occasional site inspections

About You

  • Recent graduate or graduating in 2025 with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

  • Exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or structural analysis software is a bonus

  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset

  • Proactive attitude and confident communication skills

  • Genuine interest in construction and engineering

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
