Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our design team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

The applicant should have extensive Melbourne and Victorian experience and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in the following Civil works:

  • Subdivisions

  • Private/Commercial developments

  • Main Roads Design

  • Property Development

  • Bulk Earthworks

  • Roadways

  • Carparks and Hardstand areas

  • Underground infrastructure services including stormwater, sewer and water reticulations.


Key Requirements:

Essential requirements for the positions include:

  • Tertiary qualifications

  • Systems proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD + Revit.

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Self-autonomy and confidence in dealing with clients

  • Understanding of civil construction practices.

  • Understanding of design principals

  • 12D experience or similar

All candidates must demonstrate an ability to work with and manage a design team, liaise with clients and local authorities and provide mentor assistance to junior staff. The candidate must also demonstrate a history of civil site works.

The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background including a civil engineering tertiary qualification.  The candidate should be working towards qualifying for RPEQ status.
