Completing our undergraduate program will give you one on one mentoring and real-world engineering experience in either civil or structural design. As an Undergraduate at Bornhorst + Ward you will have the opportunity to apply skills acquired throughout your studies, within a supportive environment.

Graduate Program
Joining Bornhorst+Ward as a Graduate will kickstart your career as a Civil or Structural Consulting Engineer. Graduate Engineers make a unique contribution to projects which shape the city we live in. You will be given responsibility across a broad range of projects within a supportive environment. An experienced mentor is assigned to each Graduate, with thorough guidance applied throughout the first few years of employment.
Graduate positions are often filled by students who have completed our undergraduate program, but we are always open to young professionals with a passion to excel in the field of engineering.
