Directors

Bornhorst + Ward has a board of 5 directors who actively work within the business. Each Director has taken responsibility for various aspects of the business. Through contacting our reception staff we will be glad to assist you with directing your enquiries.

Ross Kynaston

Ross graduated from Queensland University in 1984. He commenced his employment with Bornhorst & Ward as a Structural Engineer. He was appointed an Associate Director in 1995 and a Director in 1997.

Tony Avis

Tony joined Bornhorst & Ward in 1984 as a Cadet Draftsperson and completed studies at the Queensland University of Technology in 1988. In 1998 he was appointed Business Development Manager and in 1999 became a Director.

Brett Taylor

Brett graduated from the University of Queensland in 1993. Since that time he has been employed at Bornhorst & Ward as a Structural Engineer and in 1999 he was appointed a Director.

John Harrison

John graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 1990. John commenced his employment with Bornhorst & Ward in 1999. He was appointed Associate Director in 2000 and in 2003 became a Director.

Nicholas Rozis

Nicholas graduated from the James Cook University in 1999. Since that time he has been employed at Bornhorst & Ward Pty Ltd as a civil Engineer. He was appointed Associate Director in 2003 and a Director in 2004.

Consultants

Bornhorst + Ward continues to benefit from the services of former directors David Crane and David Whybird, who both now work for the company as consultants.
